12. Plots : No undivided share but sold with means and bounds, meaning no common area (like park area, road extent, etc., ) is loaded on to the buyer.

  2. Thank you all for your comments. We have some rentals and regales in Chaitanya La Grove if any of you or friends or families are interested. Also we are launching two exclusive projects in Whitefield shortly one is very high end residential with just one apartment per floor and the other one is a mixed residential.
